How we enforce it
We use a combination of technical and legal measures to detect and act on unauthorized redistribution of vault content. Every response carries a unique fingerprint — if content surfaces elsewhere, we can identify the source. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be pursued legally.
This protection exists for your benefit. Your expertise is what makes your vault valuable — we take its protection seriously.
What we store, and how to remove it
We store only what's necessary to run the platform: your account details, vault content you upload, conversation history within vaults you've purchased, and transaction records required for payment processing.
Account data
Name, email, profile info. Retained while your account is active.
Vault content
Documents you upload. Deleted immediately when you delete a vault.
Conversation history
Chat messages between buyers and your vault. Private to you and the buyer.
Transaction records
Purchase history retained for legal and tax compliance for 7 years.
Request account deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email privacy@vaultility.com from your registered address. We'll process the request within 14 days. Transaction records required for compliance will be retained per applicable law.
